A great initiative so well done to you, I have watched many of your videos and we move to an ASHP in two weeks, keep recording as your discussions make a difference 👍

Thanks Gary, that’s really encouraging to hear! Would love to hear how you get on with the installation. What manufacturer are you installing?

Loop is a really good app that gets data out of your Smart Meter regardless of your supplier, used it when we first moved into our new build (where they didn't install a smart meter display...) to work out what was going on... And bravo Tom for supercharging the low carbon discussion further!!!

We really appreciate your straightforward advice I get it your a user just like us. The Octopus app is slow and behind the information stream most of the time being over 24 hours out. How accurate is the app you are using?

Tom, have you considered the Valliant connect system and Internet gateway? With the ASHP on 24/7 I can't see much point in it, and the two controllers give me information on performance - but as it is all set up, aside from playing with the heat curve, there's been no need to make any adjustments. Am I missing anything??!!
ps. That's a brave offer to chat, judging from the comments and questions on FB groups, good luck!
