Many of the podcasts and videos I watch and listen to tell me Republicans are evil. I try to balance myself out and consume right wing media but they are just the flip side of the same coin. Lol you can watch a video of any event and have two entirely different outcomes depending on which side of the party’s you consume. I would use the Emma Vingland vs Tim Poole debate or even the CNN Trump town hall as an example. And that is how I believe the system works now. I hate you. You hate me. I don’t know you. The investigators definitely broke many laws as they were investigating. But, for some reason, the investigators who were investigating the investigators felt that they should be tied by the law. Maybe it was to remain as above board as possible to produce results that were absolutely unimpeachable, but the corruption runs unbelievably deep and I don't know why we should give the benefit of the doubt to anyone involved.
Duped? You do realize that the Mueller report found plenty of evidence of very specific collusion between Trump his campaign and the Russians right? Mueller determined that he wasn't able to properly indict a sitting president which is why no indictment was handed down. This is all in the report it's public record. If you want a very specific example you can go and find for yourself Trump in a rally asked the Russians to go and find Hillary Clinton's 30,000 emails. The first hacking attempts of the Clinton campaign occurred from Russia just hours after that happened. There's plenty of other examples in the report but that's a very easy one you can go look up yourself.
According to the Intel drops (if you believe the online research project published in 2016 about this), Durham can't work in a corrupt system to prosecute, let's say Hillary, because no judge would see the case and it would give ammunition to the enemies who have overthrown and hijacked our system. They need to be dismantled piece by piece in front of the full American public (not the way Matt Gaetz is requesting), because then they won't be able to counter the will of the people. Without the majority of such backing, some part of the population will be easily bribed or hijacked into violence against, what would be, their preported "hijacking of the system," when it was they who hijacked it all along.
What bothers me most about this coverup is that nothing will become of it. Durham might as well be sitting there flipping Congress the bird with both hands.
Problem is the FBI, DOJ is corrupt and will NOT dish out any justice so Durham is not going to give all the information, it will be saved for military tribunals, my opinion.

Actually, Durham spent 4 years and millions of dollars and found very little. Two failed prosecutions and one plea deal is all he had to show for his efforts. To call his investigation a "nothingburger" would be flattering.

Durham wasn't allowed to find Mifsud. Mifsud is obviously an asset/agent for the intelligence agencies, and as such it is illegal to expose him. So he wasn't legally allowed to track and trace him, as that would break Mifsud's cover. He doesn't have the authority to step outside the parameters dictated to him. Sure the evidence leads directly to a whole line of crooks, but he has been told point blank - shut up, don't ask - or we will put you in jail. Losing a case does not mean the indictment was false. It's a fact the one guy broke the law in changing the text of a witness's testimony. Jack Smith lost a number of high-profile cases, even had one overturned 9-0 by the Supreme Court.

It is my understanding that during an investigation, if the investigators uncover something improper or illegal that they can make recommendations to indict or prosecute to the appropriate entities such as District Attorneys, DOJ, etc. It doesn't sound like Durham's team rally pushed such actions and just ignored anything that wasn't under their direct mandate. The report sounds like it basically says, "we found a mess full of illegal actions, improper conduct and methods" then wrapped it up in a neat little package and handed in the report with "nuff said, we can talk about the report, but let's not get into anything else".
One thing people seem to be missing is that a referral for other illegal activities prosecutions could tip off the entire organized crime ring- and that would be a reason the team would not to go after other crimes they may or may not have been aware of during the investigation- he was tasked with a big job- and he had actually hundreds of FBI and spooks trying to prevent his success. We have the best spooks in the world. That is not an easy task.

The entire political media eco system now is mainly focused on partisanship. Many of the podcasts and videos I watch and listen to tell me Republicans are evil. I try to balance myself out and consume right wing media but they are just the flip side of the same coin. Lol you can watch a video of any event and have two entirely different outcomes depending on which side of the party’s you consume. I would use the Emma Vingland vs Tim Poole debate or even the CNN Trump town hall as an example.

If you want a very specific example you can go and find for yourself Trump in a rally asked the Russians to go and find Hillary Clinton's 30,000 emails. The first hacking attempts of the Clinton campaign occurred from Russia just hours after that happened. There's plenty of other examples in the report but that's a very easy one you can go look up yourself.

To anyone who actually read the Mueller Report, and the 2019 Inspector General Report, and the Durham Report, and followed Congress's actions from 2016 to now, it's *very* obvious that the Mueller Investigation was valid, and that Donald Trump lied about many things in the Mueller Report. The FBI wasn't perfect, but it's *obvious* that MAGA Republicans just want to discredit the FBI to try to protect Donald Trump.
The people who let FOX News pundits tell them what the reports state, and then blindly believe the false claims, are sheep.
The DOJ isn't corrupt. It's imperfect, but it's apparent that it's a generally fair organization.

Losing a case does not mean the indictment was false. It's a fact the one guy broke the law in changing the text of a witness's testimony. Jack Smith lost a number of high-profile cases, even had one overturned 9-0 by the Supreme Court.

It is my understanding that during an investigation, if the investigators uncover something improper or illegal that they can make recommendations to indict or prosecute to the appropriate entities such as District Attorneys, DOJ, etc. It doesn't sound like Durham's team rally pushed such actions and just ignored anything that wasn't under their direct mandate. The report sounds like it basically says, "we found a mess full of illegal actions, improper conduct and methods" then wrapped it up in a neat little package and handed in the report with "nuff said, we can talk about the report, but let's not get into anything else".
One thing people seem to be missing is that a referral for other illegal activities prosecutions could tip off the entire organized crime ring- and that would be a reason the team would not to go after other crimes they may or may not have been aware of during the investigation- he was tasked with a big job- and he had actually hundreds of FBI and spooks trying to prevent his success. We have the best spooks in the world. That is not an easy task.
He did what he was supposed to do. If your boss tells you to investigate the cherry pies, you can't go investigating the apple pies just because they're sitting right next to it.
He didn't, though. His mandate was to investigate Mueller and he didn't do it.
