I’m not an early morning person typically unless I need to be for something fun like traveling. I would love to be motivated to go to an early morning workout class like you. However I do start work at 8am(remote thankfully because commute to an office would be a no for me) and typically don’t get out of bed until 7am. This is partly because I’m not an early to bed person either. 11 or 1130 pm is the earliest I will fall asleep usually.
I totally get that! I usually get a second wind when I stay up late (around 1030pm) so I always try to be in bed at least 30 mins before then to force myself to unwind. I had to force myself into waking up early and gradually I started to get more tired earlier too from waking up early 😂
