hope you all are doing great. I welcome you to this Day 2 video of our brand new intense home workout series especially designed for all the athletes.
Important Equipments to buy :

Please Note : All equipments are must to have in your kit and without them the results will be unpredictable

Important points to note :
1) please make sure that you take two pictures of yours before starting the program. One picture from side view and one picture from front view in normal posture and share it with me over my email or WhatsApp number and we are going to track your progress for each month and we will also reward, all the individuals are going to transform according to the standard that we have set for the program

Sir itna effort lagane ke baad jab aap last me breathing exercises aur meditation karwate ho toh dil ko sukun mil jata hai din bhar ki pareshani 10-15 minutes me khatam ho jati hai

One question why do players nowadays are getting injured who do gym ...they r getting injured while doing gym but not on ground (onfield)...earlier player don't do gym they never had any muscle tear , hamstring tear nothing but now everyplayer have tear..they also used to throw fast ..i think gym is main reason why there is stiffness n soreness... strength n conditioning coaches r just not suitable for everyone 💯
You are absolutely correct but First thing is Not every S&C is same and the second is what type of training will suit can only be known by experience.
