I do find your content so interesting. You make complicated, and strategic battle plans easy to follow and appreciate. Even for those of us, who love History, but have never studied battle tactics. Also, I assume you have to set up whatever software you use to bring these battles to life. Choosing angles for shots for editing. Choosing resources and placing them. Even looking at maps of the battles. I can't even begin to understand just how much work goes into producing each video. But I can be sure that your work is underrated. Thanks for all the effort you must put in for our entertainment and education.
Just to Fix some inaccuracies in the speech. Marshal Lannes was already in Friedland When General Bennigsen attacked as he was seeking a quick victory over the french corp. Marshal lannes hid his army under a large screen of skirmishers until General Oudinot Arrived. Anyways the video is good and i love your work❤
It's a pity that as one of the best Field Marschals under Napoleon in history, Davout don't have his own model in the game, without that distinctive bladhead just feel something is lost. For Michel Ney it is better use the model in game since there is one, which fits his appearance more as historically hi don't have mustache. Also historically Lannes let his force to skirmish instead of fighting in lines (not to mention bayonet attack, it's way too aggressive for a skirmish) in order to conceal his true strength, therefore the Russians would be more considerate instead of just go on a full attack and wipe his force out. I know the game don't allow line units to skirmish, so maybe use chasseurs and voltiguers in the game to represent Lannes tactic might be better? Whatever, still a wonderful video that well-edited and with clear storytelling although not very accurate, sometimes it's necessary sacrifice. Appreciate your work, keep it up.
By the way, the breakthrough at south was actually ARTILLERY charging Russian positions. The artillery general Sénarmont advanced a mass of guns to case-shot range under the cover of smoke that generated by the exchanging of fire, and use close canister inflict heavy casualties for Russian formation in a short amount of time, totally break their will to fight, the cavlary counter charge did happened but pushed back by canister. It should be the iconic moment in the battle, although hard to present in game but still a bit pity. And at French far left flank, a bit pity that Marshal Grouchy's perfect defence wasn't presented.
This video is outstanding. Had the French lost, this would have been another story. I have a question: How do you get rid of the UI? I love this game and I wish I could record a battle without the UI in the way. You being able to do this must take some skill. Well done.
Just a question. Do you have like any specific mods you use to record these clips? Because i noticed you have some or alot of clips that has field command mod. And number 2 question is: how do you hide the flags on top of the units. Like are you able to record these clips without the unit flags?

I've been waiting forever for new content. Thinking he quit. Grouchy wasn't made a marshal until 1815. He was a general of the cavalry.

Yes it’s the field command mod for napoleon total war and you can remove the flags in the game settings

This was the field command mod, but you can also increase the size of units in the preferences folder too
