It really is! It’s 20 years old this summer. Hard to believe considering the condition it’s still in and how great it still runs. Hopefully she’s got a few more left. Cheers.
Glad you enjoyed it. I really enjoy creating these videos and sharing my experiences. This way I was able to showcase the bike at the same time. Thanks for the comment. Cheers.
Hello buddy, sorry for the automatic translator. Great job, good movie. As for music, I think it would be good to choose one type of music, or at least not to use such large differences next to each other. I hear rock or country (in my opinion this is good for the VTX and his rider), and in a moment I hear electronic music. The music I hear around 9:20 of this video in my opinion is great. You can also turn down the music a bit during installation and let it create a background for the sound of exhaust pipes and wind. In fact, you won't get them all and someone will always like something and someone won't. Good luck :)
I like your ideas. For the recap videos I used the actual music tracks from each video the clip was taken from, that’s why it jumped genres a little bit. I will work on the volume. Thanks for the comment. Always more videos on the way. Cheers.
Im debating between a shadow vt1100c3 2000 or a VTX1300... I dont want to have power issues on the highway or feel that the bike doesn't push enough...i had a fxdb103 a few years back and felt it was ok for power and i think thats more like a VTX1300 power wise...theres not much vtx1300 to sell on ny area or they are too expensive...i have a vt1100C3 opportunity near me...arg i really dont know what to grab...
I’ve ridden both. The VTX is a bigger frame with a bigger engine. It would be my choice every time. Let me know how it works out. Always more content on the way. Cheers.
I understand and appreciate your comment. The music is already at -4 in the editing suite. I think it depends on the device people listen from. On my TV it sounds OK. I think some people are not use to the way we use music in our videos. Most motovloggers are just riding around talking, in which case music is not needed. That’s ok if that’s what you’re trying to achieve. I like those videos. We are trying to be a little different by showing more angles and immersing the experience. If we didn’t have music all you would hear is the whistle of the wind hitting the GoPros or silence if we turned them off. I try and get creative by editing to the beat to keep the interest. I understand it’s not for everyone. We are always looking into ways to make it better, so I appreciate your feedback and I will try to lower the volume even more. We are committed to make each video a better one than the last. Cheers. Thanks again for the feedback.
@@NorthernRoadKings Thanks a lot for your response. My intention is not to bother you it’s just a friendly suggestion you are right every body has a different nature some like loud music some low tone music and some no music but it’s a famous saying it’s very difficult to please every body. Keep it up whatever you feel better no doubt your videos are very informative. I have Suzuki boulevard c50 2007 bike is good looking it’s almost 650 lbs runs great but sometimes I like to go on Honda 1100 or 1300 cc although my Suzuki easily touches more than 90 miles an hour and is good on even highways and also in city area but I was just curious to know how the Honda cruisers go their durability parts availability etc. thanks
I personally love the Honda. We did a review it last year. I will send you the link if you want to see more on it, specs, ECT. A little less music in this one. LoL. Honda VTX 1300 C Motorcycle Review. The ultimate buyers guide. ua-cam.com/video/nyX6HoCY7Kw/v-deo.html
Hey bud, nice to see some fellow onterrible riders content. I just thought id offer some constructive criticism. I watched a handful of your videos and they are beauty but the endless use of random tunes is too much and just screams like 2010 youtube. Like my shitty videos lol. The viewer might like the content but hate the music youve chosen and either mute it or go to something else. Your channel your choice, just thought id throw that out there since i think it could help you. take care. ride safe. cheers. prob see ya somewhere at some point.
Really appreciate the feedback. I realize the music choices aren’t for everyone, that’s why I try and mix up the genres a bit. Nothing would bring me greater pleaser than not have to pay $30 a month for an epidemic sound subscription or hours of my time with music selection and editing cuts to the beat. The only issue I would have is the dead air. Unless there is endless narration, it would just be clips of wind whistling on very poor audio. How did you address that on your channel? Thanks again for the feedback.
@@NorthernRoadKings well oddly enough i was going to mention that as well. Unless youre a super bubbly extrovert i have no idea what you do with that dead air. I stopped making videos is what i did. I dont have enough to say and certainly nothing anyone wants to hear. I noticed the cuts to the beat of the song and that was really well done. Best i can really suggest is watch other motovloggers that have a huge audience and pick up little tricks from them. Again, great clips, can clearly see an effort is made just the non stop music is too much. Just like assholes, everyones got an opinion. Most people may like it, its just my take on it bud!
Honda VTX is a great reliable bike. You have a sharp looking bike! Great collage of videos showcasing your VTX 👍

That VTX is looking cool! Great video!

What's the expected life on the vtx?
As long as it stays together. It’s 20 years old this year, still runs great. I guess it all depends on who owns it.
Music too loud looks like it’s some music video not a bike video. Slow down music
