I did everything you said and still didn’t even launch and got the error, I don’t have any afterburner or rivatuner if anyone thinks I do, I tried other solutions aswell from other vids and still nothing different at all, idk if there’s anything else I can do but if anyone knows anything that can help will be much appreciated🙏🏻

Check your all drivers must be updated... if they are updated then there is last thing wich will surely help that is you have to reinstall your window ana all drivers

Guys this works if ur game is crashing by changing the graphics. But mine wont start and gave me this error on start up just close riva tuner or msi burner if u have it install3d. Your game will work fine

How I Fixed it?
My laptop has 2 graphics software: Intel HD Graphics & NVIDIA Geforce. I went to "Control Panel"> "Device Manager" and Under "Display Adapters", I Right-Clicked on NVIDIA and Disabled it. Just by doing this, I Solved all the below mentioned Blue Screen Errors:
1. VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR
2. VIDEO_TDT_FAILURE_ERROR
3. nvlddmkm.sys
4. DirectX Encountered an Unrecoverable Error
5. Driver Power State Failure

If I have windows 10, why should I be using windows 7 for compatibility? And will it affect games in the future since I have battlenet set to windows 7. But it worked for me. My issue was that whenever I changed settings it crashed.

Try one more thing .. login your id in another pc in on blizzard then open the game .. after that go to documents and copy the folder of player and paste it into your pc . Then do the same process of this video.. this will also help you..
