Back when I was in my 20s, I was shocked at how many times girls pretended to be 18-19. Some even had fake IDs and were in the club. It's scary that some people traffic others, some just take full advantage when they know it's a kid, and others might get into big trouble when the girl was the underage predator.

Parents also need to start building an actual relationship with their children, ensuring not only their physical, but emotional needs are being met too. The police don't investigate runaways immediately. They assume kids run away to a friends house and they'll be back. By the time they do start looking for the children, it's too late.

They’ve got to remove all social media from their children phones and threaten that they won’t have a phone if it’s placed back on. There is no such thing as privacy with my 12 year old. I have her phone password and she is not able to change it. She knows if I ever randomly go through her phone and I’m not able to access it she want have a phone. She knows if randomly go through her phone and social media is on there she won’t have a phone. My daughter knows I don’t play when it comes to that type of stuff so she doesn’t even try it. My daughter is not allowed to have any social media on her phone. No UA-cam, no Facebook, No instragram, No TikTok NOTHING. She even went to her grown older sisters about it and they told her “Mom knows what’s best for you. She did us the same way to protect us like she’s trying to protect you trust mom”. Parents have to stop allowing their kids to tell them what other kids have they need to have NO YOU DONT.
Why don't they just get a warrant for her social media, I'm sure the girl's phone is on the parents account so they can give authorization to search her phone and text messages, they can track who she was talking to that way
Why did the mom feel the need to over-explain something so simple as why she woke Alona up? All she had to say was " I went to wake her up & she wasn't there." that seemed strange.
+ why does it say this video was uploaded 9 hours ago, but today is Thursday June 27th and she said Alona has been missing since June 20th!!! ??? Did the parents wait days to call police? Did the police wait days to announce this ? 🤷🏻♀️
The police don't investigate runaways immediately. They assume kids run away to a friends house and they'll be back. By the time they do start looking for the children, it's too late.
@@dadeviexactly! So many kids run away unfortunately and especially if they have ran away BEFORE the police will make you wait a certain amount of time. A week is DEFINITELY SCARY FOR ANY PARENT!
Working with at risk youth I see and hear this FAR TOO OFTEN! So many female adolescents who leave home are with a male and lately these males are much older and taking advantage of A CHILD! It really sickens me. In this case her FRIENDS knew she was talking to someone in his 20’s, this baby had NO IDEA what she was getting herself into. I pray that she returns home SAFELY and the POS that she is with, wellllll he’s gonna get his where he’s going!
Why do these kids look so old?
Isn’t this the second girl within days that met someone online. They just had a vigil for the other young lady. This is heartbreaking but I blame the parents.

As a 12 yr old girl I was never comfortable chatting up strange adult men these girls are maturing very quickly and being exposed to a very hypersexualized society

Stop blaming the parents!!! 12 year olds and ages around that know how to get past your online restrictions. Kids , teens and tweens do these kinds of things, always have . BUT nowadays acting out could very likely cost you your life. I hope she is found alive and well. Can’t imagine the fear and heart ache the parents are going thru. If something happens to her it won’t be anyone’s fault but the predator who lured her out in the first place. Jocelyn Nungaray was the exact same age and a good kid who did what kids do.. this baby is no different.

At 12 years old they don't understand this evil world,amd these evil people hiding amongst us,These kids are being manipulated by the predators, child rapist,child killers,they are preying on this age because of the immaturity and lack of knowledge, they goofy at 12 years old,nothing is takes seriously, Praying for safe return.If you see something, say something, If those grown people walking in and out that store that night saw Josalyn with those older guys a 911 call should've been made,simple as that.
