Whole Sarajevo is a muslim zone, perhaps you meant Old Town municipality, which looks old and also many old mosques are there, but rest of Sarajevo is muslim aswell.
If you are not sure yet about you visiting Sarajevo, man just do it :) Sarajevo is very welcoming and such a beautiful city. You can see the old part of the city (ottoman), and the austro-hungarian part of the city walking across one street. You can see mosque, catholic cathedral, orthodox church and a sinagogue one next to other. Sarajevo went through a lot in its history, but it kept its soul. Everyone who visited Sarajevo said that this city has "specific soul" which will make you want to come again :)

That's the beauty of this world, all cultures are intertwined and we all borrow something from each other to enrich our lives. Food is awesome.

Even in Bosnia not every town has as good cevapi as they're good in Sarajevo and some other cities who are known for having good cevapi. While we have plenty of walnuts. So it became normal to only use walnuts. 2. Trilece is not from Bosnia or Balkans. They are from South America. Tres Leches. It was adopted and became popular from Turkey to the Balkans.
