Met him 2 years ago when I took a trip out to Philly just to try their Philly sandwiches. The dude is a real douche bag. Its the way he grew up in the east coast I guess
Yo finally MAX'S is getting some love on a cheesesteak list. Idk why they always stay in south Philly for these lists so I got give you props for going up to MAX'S.
Not sure about the rest, but the baked bread from Tony Luke's looks amazing by itself. Def my first stop for a Philly cheesesteak if Im ever down there.
This content is setting the bar. The cinema. The real life characters. The real businesses. And not a f**king dobrik or Paul brother to be seen boys I love it
Steve's is the best in Philly. By far. I grew up in Northeast Philly not too far from the original Steve's but I usually went to the one on the boulevard right across from the Nabisco Factory. However when I moved to Center City I was super happy cuz they had one open in Center City that I think no longer exists because been closed since covid. But I will make a special trip up to Northeast Philly pretend to visit my mom just so I can have a Steve steak
i've been to a couple of the heavy hitters over the years, and Johns pork roast and dalessandros, are unbeatable. always wit American(johns pork roast was the one that got me on this). I really want to try angelos. that guy and his steak looked like the real deal,
Tony Lukes after a Flyers or Eagles game. Oregon ave is on the way home to the Northeast. Go up Front St. to Oregon Ave, then back on Front after eating until you get to Penns Landing to pick up I-95 to avoid all the complex traffic. Unfortunately, I now live in Illinois. Where the pizza gets cut into squares! WTF! Oh, and a Cheltenham from Lee's is the jawn!
Been through Philly a few times meeting up with friends & one of the first things they told me was Pat's & Geno's were "Tourist Traps"! Angelo's & Steve's F'n ROCKED though! Cheesesteaks so good you dream about them for years after!
Max's is soo good. Went one time and the line was over an hour or so. Crazy but the sandwich is massive. Also, they filmed a scene from Creed 2 there as well
Good advise, there are some rough area's in Philly. i would also say for tourist. Sonny's is super close to independence hall, and they have a pretty good steak too.
I grew up in n.e.philly in the 60s and 70s,a few blocks from a steak joint that's name is offensive to oriental people so they changed the name to Joe's. The original owner was a very funny man rest his soul, you not only got the best cheesesteaks in town, but also got a show, never disappointed
Owner of Angelo's is a real one. Respect, you'll get my dollar next time I'm in philly.
Agreed
Met him 2 years ago when I took a trip out to Philly just to try their Philly sandwiches. The dude is a real douche bag. Its the way he grew up in the east coast I guess
Jerry Thao don’t ever disrespect my friends uncle like that again. Uncle Danny is a legend
Absolutely. That jerk off motion while calling the land lord a douche was a power move.
Yeah he’s real deal. And their cheesesteaks are best in Philly. Pizza also best in Philly by a landslide

Danny from Angelo's! I love how he lays it out! And that bread!
This needs a Netflix show, they don’t get enough credit on UA-cam
Netflix blows
@@trentbateman Lol clown comment
@@rashadhassan3732 what is actually good on Netflix? It’s all so mediocre.
That cello player is blowing up since the pizza review.
That Jawn shirt with the wawa emblem is fire.
Need more of this type of content from, Rone. Love the short form docs.
8:59 I'll eat a cheese steak off them cheeks 👀

Steve's prince of steaks is the GOAT
The intro was perfect
Angelo's PIzzeria is amazing. That cheesesteak is next level!

Danny from Angelo’s rocking the Pine Valley shirt
Man this quality food content competes with first we feast and dwarfs food network and bon appetite.
i like that John's cooks their onions to order
and def an american cheese over cheese whiz dude
Not sure about the rest, but the baked bread from Tony Luke's looks amazing by itself. Def my first stop for a Philly cheesesteak if Im ever down there.
I grew up in South Jersey and Tony Luke's was always my number 1 choice
Dave hired cello bae that's dope!
Rone hella talented, keep up the great content.
"What about those cheesesteaks tho?"
This is art.
Please make a part 2.. part 3 and part 4... hell just keep making more videos!!
The shirt to embarrass his buddy is an all time comedy move

Angelo's owner subtle flex with the Pine Valley t-shirt.
Rone’s delco really shines through on that tony lukes pick...any philly bull knows thats any sandwich

Gotta have a control group

Subway the king of fake cheese steak.
Really well done content
all time intro, that was incredible “what ab the cheesesteaks?” all time great video too fucking love being from philly
Barstool has (finally) moved into the upper echelon of video editing/producing and design. They just need to shore up some of the audio.
Great Vid, especially for cheesesteak aficionadoes like myself! 😉😂🤙🏼

My gf family is from philly they go to Oregon steaks and another one can’t remember the name but it’s everywhere on south st.
Phillips, dalessandros, John’s roast pork, and Angelo’s are the only spots you need in Philly
Legendary video
that guy selling the glasses was too funny
How this video was not made alreadg by barstool is astonishing
Why do I watch when I’m hungry 😭
This vidio is actually realy good
Was that the BASSMASTER???? King of Philly! Along with Gillie
Reminds me of the good old days when my fellow friends and I drove 4 hours to that place to complete the Task.
Max's is soo good. Went one time and the line was over an hour or so. Crazy but the sandwich is massive. Also, they filmed a scene from Creed 2 there as well

Great intro
Need to be going to the original Joe's on torresdale in the north east and Shanks on Delaware Ave.
Roney baby the prince 🙏🏼
That subtle subway clip was hella funny lol
Go in the Northeast part of Philly. Way safer, plenty of parking and Cheesesteaks are just as good! Checkout Stoli's Steaks 👍🏼5 stars
Good advise, there are some rough area's in Philly. i would also say for tourist. Sonny's is super close to independence hall, and they have a pretty good steak too.
Mama's Pizza on belmont ave in Bala is the hands down best cheesesteak. Good luck finding a time when their open! They use 7 different cheeses!!!
