I like the music that you've chosen...creepy and fun! Your background display is boo-tifully appropriate...well done! Black stitching threads add to the creepiness of this most interesting journal. OO-oo-oo! Love the dangling skeleton hands on the center signature threads...so creepy! Torn, ink distressed corner pockets are great! Cut black lace tag pulls look wonderfully mysterious. I don't know that I'd be able to write on these creative pages...I'd use this journal as decoration. Well done!!
Excellent!! Any time is a good time for spooky journals. You spoke in plural in the box above, are there more?? I am lovin all these Halloween journals. I can't get enough of them. Thank you for sharing yours! I really enjoyed watching!!
Thank you for your interest! I'm actually debating on making more spooky journals, I didn't know if there would be interest outside of the Halloween season
Wow the album is awesome, where can I find the black and white papers at these times? 5:46 right site 5:49 left site 6:23 right site 6:27 right site 6:33 left site please can you help me?
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoy my videos. Those are actually book pages from the book Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark by Alvin Schwartz and illustrated by Stephen Gammell. I find damaged or worn copies throughout the year and save them for my Halloween journals 😀
Wow, this journal is gorgeous - may I ask if the little black flip envelopes are just plain black paper or cardboard ? They look easy to fold out - And, in the frames that you have tags in, do they have anything clear over the window, or are they just open and cut to fit the tag insert - Halloween is so fun, thank you for sharing - I’m going to check out the kit
Thank you for watching! The little black envelopes are a black cardstock and they are really easy to make. I think I learned how to make them from Treasure Journals here on UA-cam. The other pockets come from envelopes that I have cut down and decorated, so they have the acetate that normal envelopes have. It gives a nice wrinkle sound 😊
That is one creepy Grimoire, Rebecca! I love it! Thanks for sharing your creation! ~Janet in Canada
