Not necessarily. Hwei is too weak early to contest her and Cassio gets too much MS when she lands a Q to reliably hit her with poke. Midgame is where it starts to crumble, she still wins 1vs1 but is worse in skirmishes(unless she gets an ivern shield and becomes unkillable). Teamfights is where Hwei is just much, much better. But too much sustain and shielding, so the poke doesn’t matter and everything would want to dive, which is impossible into Cassio as well. And can’t kill the Ashe either. Gigantic draft gap
@@stevenlang9849 There is a reason they chose to last pick Hwei, the range diff is huge in that match up, you don't win that as Cassio unless you are really outspacing your opponent. She only wins 1v1 if she gets the opportunity to get on top of him, and here she is the one more useful in teamfights. Quad landed multiple person ults in every teamfight. She doesn't look like a low-ranged easy-to-kite champion because he is playing her amazingly well.

As one of the most dependable VOD channels the game has on UA-cam, have you experienced a decline in viewership so far since the LCS changed to the LTA?
League is dead, because: One, teams constantly flip players (see the NBA). Two, RIOT decided to focus on constantly dumping in new champs which are tuned high for dps only, to sell them on release, instead of thinking long term and actually developing the game.
I love flyquest man, they kick ass and actually pick different champions then the same like 15 we get in every tournament
