    Medial lemniscus - dorsal column tract
    Spinal lemniscus - anterolateral spino thalamic tract

      Dr Najeeb is wonderful but not a reference and neither is Wikipedia dear. Before you say every article and book please check Gray’s Anatomy latest edition 👍🏻

      @@Anatomy_Dr_Ashwani but Snells neuroanatomy also says that spinal lemniscus for anterolateral spinothalamic and medial for dorsal column.

    Sir will injury to lateral lemn lead to c/l hearing loss or just decrease In auditory acuity on c/l side.
    As auditory pathway is bilateral

    Sir if medial lemniscus is affected y is the c/l side affected its dorsal column so shudnt it be i/l

      Red nucleus involved...may be responsible for some extra pyramidal symptoms...may be I guess
