    Very nice meditation, thank you very much 🙏 only the pauses between your guidance were sometimes too long for me, i thought that the meditation ended a few times 😊 i would love if there was some soft relaxing music in the background or the pauses were a bit shorter 😊 thank you! Looking forward to join you for the challenge 🥰

      Thank you for sharing. I have many other types and techniques of meditations here on the channel. 5 minute ones, 10 minute ones and longer. You may find something else you like. Thank you for watching!

      Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays are longer meditations. Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays are 10-15 minute meditations. Thursdays are a 20-minute Sound Bath Meditation. We also have a Tuesday night class that is a longer meditation. I'll be mixing up with different types of meditations.
