What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention.
My videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to relieve their anxiety relief, stress relief, insomnia relief, to help those suffering with PTSD or depression, to serve as a study aid and much more.

The strangeness of this world is so comforting. Oftentimes I don’t even watch to go to sleep, I just watch to feel safe. Like my own secret safe little world. and it is ... my pill collection. I take these little pills every day, morning and night.

They taste like candy, like candy-coated chocolates
The professor gives me these.
There's a blue one.
This orange one is a little bit bigger. Taste like peanut.
Here's some more pills. Yellow ones. And, uh, blue ones again all tiny little Ms on them
Did I show you the red one? I'm not really sure what they do, but the professor says they seem to improve my attitude. (noises) (noises) So, those are my little medications. Frankly, (noises) if you ask me, they don't seem to do all that much (noises) Surprisingly enough, the candy man delivers these to the professor. I did not know that the candy man also was a pharmacist. Interesting. The more you know, okay, let's get here now (various noises)
Of course, every girl and guy want to have one of these. You never know when you gotta go and there's no (noises) (noises) (noises) bathroom around. That's where this comes in handy (noises) (noises) . You can just make your own bathroom right where you are.. Just dig a nice shallow hole in the ground (noises) (noises) (noises) And start doing your business. (noises) (noises) Of course it's also good for you know , a nice game of stick-ball (noises) (noises) . Okay... (noises) (Various noises)
A girls gotta have a nice pair of shades. Wouldn't you agree? Take off the tag first, of course, and you something. And now, girlfriend, (noises). Margaret's got all the patients in her asylum, if you know what i mean. Ok, lets keep on (various noises)

When all of your Jedi maser friends have come over, and you just want to.. serve them right up.. I mean serve up the Meat that you've been preparing all day in your meat locker.

Ah, yes. Nothing quite like (wrapper noises) a potato, yes.. It's ALWAYS good to carry a potato with you, whether in your purse.. or in your wallet. (noises) I kept my potato I always keep my potato wrapped in tin foil to protect it from the beams of the nefarious organizations, like the heterosexuals, the atheists, and the republicans (noises).

Of course, a nice split (noises) of wood (noises) because you never know when you are going to start a fire, whether you're camping or who know what. Squatting illegally?
