At 25:06 me (green hoody), my cousin (brown hoody), and my dad (blue parka) are standing there watching the train. Unfortunately, the camera died mid train in case you were wondering why I put it away! I can't believe I stumbled onto this! Great videos! I also subscribed!
That's cool. That was my first time to Folkston and I loved it. It is a place I know I will keep coming back (as a matter of fact, I went again in late April of this year and got some gorgeous weather). And, thanks!
Great video and catches! Damn, so many places I got to get too... Once I get my license and some money I got a big foaming trip to do. That Silver Meteor crew was great at 15:45 !
Thanks! Oh, yeah, I highly recommend Folkston to anyone who have never been there before. It's awesome! And again, if you have the time and money, pay a visit. You'll like it!
Oh.. So you're a first timer to the folkston funnel eh? I remember when I went there for the very first time pretty neat place. Just finished my fourth run up there. If you ever come down in april go on the fourth thats when they hold the Folkston Railwatch.
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I have heard about the Railwatch held every April. And yeah, it was my first time to this place and it was well worth the trip!
Thanks! The camcorder I'm using is Sony HDR-CX760V. It is now replaced with the PJ790, same functions as the 760V except it has the built-in projector, which I normally don't use.
Yes, it was a cat running across the rails. Folkston is awesome and I highly recommend the folks up in the northeast to head down there once in a while.
You gave us a lot of action. A successful trip. Excellent video Allen.
Thanks, Hans! I had a blast there.
