8.75 with 14.25 wb is my fav transition setup, with max 58mm wheels no smaller than 55mm. I have another setup for street which is a bit smaller than this.

I don't use washers in my bushing set up, so my bushing are already semi broken in when they are fresh. I also use bearing cleaner or wd40 to stop the squeeking

Been rubbing the bushings on the sidewalk to sheer a millimeter off here and there….it solved the issue of my trucks falling apart 😂

Do you ever align your trucks when setting up the board? I find there is a bit of play left or right so you can get both trucks facing forward perfectly if you put all the bolts in but only tighten one down a bit, then align it square and tighten the rest. Only seen Professor Schmitt do it, and literally no-one else in any set up video I've seen. Good channel BTW 👌

With the way trucks work using the bushings, I don’t think them being off even by 1/4 inch would feel any different from using a square to get them that lined up lol

Didn’t you ride a toe side rail on your setup? What happened with Arbor if you don’t mind going into it?

Unless he's changed this, big Al's talked about this before & said he runs 56mm. I assume that hasn't changed because at his size, I'd think going up to 58mm would cause more bite

I dont like spitfire because I like 101 and spits are too slippery. 99 is too soft. I dont get the spitfire bandwagon, the formula is outdated imo. I think people hype them up because they are suppose to be the best.

99a classics slide too easy imo haha. To each their own.

I just copped some oj 56mm 99as, just the original formula, for half the price of spitfires, they feel good asf so far
