    Can u share the recovery exercise 6 or 7 month after surgery?? I already surgery maybe 7 months

      Have you been doing rehab or just rest these 7 months? Either, you should begin running 🏃 at a slow pace. Also go to the gym and train your legs consistently. Start with small weights. Ice, compression, elevation and rest after training if your knee starts swelling (which is normal). The key is muscle. The bigger your muscle, the stronger your leg will be. If you’re at the 7 month mark, try 3 months training before going back to football. At month 10-11, you can start training football, but no competition, just training and friendly only. Keep doing gym and at around 1 year, you can start competition.
      It’s important to listen to your body, if there’s pain, stop and rest, ice, etc.
      I can’t show you the exercises now because I can’t do them yet, but just working with the machines at the gym should be good for you. Good luck to you, and just comment or reach out if you have more questions.

      Normally i only gym at home that I research from internet and I running slowly around the garden, but l go to gym or weight maybe 2 3 times a month. Is it good or not??

      @@chuopputhearith4290 Body weight at home is totally fine but you have to start training more often. Be careful not to start training too much at first, progress from 1-2 days per week, then increase more and more. By the 1 year mark, you should be training almost everyday.
