Today’s video I am toning my hair with Wella T81 Intense ash blonde in freshly bleached hair.
Round two of my hair falling out because of the worst charcoal bleach I used in my previous video.
Usually, it takes a couple days for your hair to react to chemical. And I certainly had some hair fall out while toning my hair.
I took an inch off of my hair to help heal and grow better. I have been doing treatments on my hair since I bleached it.
It feels way better but needs more repair products

Hey bestie. I’m a hairdresser of 17+ years & I don’t usually comment giving you advice because I do enjoy watching your crazy Virgo self go wild but seeing hair falling out I just feel compelled to share some knowledge. Instead of keep bleaching your hair have you not thought about using a high lift colour? Wella Special Blonde 12/81 with 40 vol, 1:2 mixing ratio. Processing time 60 minutes. (Lifts 4-5 levels) So if you’re naturally a level 5-6 it’s gonna get you b
blonde. I know 40 vol sounds scary but I’ve had a lot of clients who transitioned from bleach to tint & their hair looks & feels SO much healthier. You can’t keep doing bleach baths over & over again. Also as for toning I’m gonna keep real with you. Toning freshly bleached hair with 20 vol is too harsh. You’re gonna just blow your cuticles wide open & create MORE breakage. Using Wella colour touch 10/81 with its dedicated developer 6vol will be a lot more gentle & kinder to your hair. There’s only so much oils & protein treatments can 🩷🤍😊
Switching to 6 or 10 vol for toners would make a big difference for you bestie!!

I need to check this, but I think too much protein in the hair makes it brittle. Put products to add moisture.
I love your videos but ive noticed You overlap the hell out of Ur hair when u apply bleach if someone helps You and apply the bleach on u more carefully and not overlap it it would stop the breakage
I’ve done this more than once and you will probably will have a temporary mullet as your hair will continue to break for a while. Be careful when putting plastic wrap tight round your head while it’s processing, it’s squishing it further down the hair shaft and it expands quite a distance. Just use a loose plastic shopping bag. And these hair treatments are great but they can’t totally fix your hair when it’s been burnt, it will take time. Good luck and all the best 😊
Overlapping bleach catches up to you babe, you probably should start using the toners like manic panics you tried before without developer for some extra moisture and so you don't damage your hair more 🥺 do another aphogee treatment!

Hey girl just be weary of charcoal products in general. I dont know why its a thing now to suddenly have charcoal in everything, but at the end of the day, charcoal is an abrasive no matter what form/ product it is in. So yeh thats definitely the culprit to your hair loss.
Just wanted to let you know that if you use 10 volume developer with toners it is a deposit color only. Anything higher is still lifting your hair. Really wet hair helps with toners also. I am a stylist and love watching your journey so i just want to help keep your hair attached to your head lol.
I was so worried about the 20 volume on your ends but it turned out so pretty! Happy to see your hair in better condition, i've never used charcoal bleach but after watching the previous video i'm not excited to try one. Anyway, for the little birds idk, maybe ask in one of those forums were there is professionals who responds for free
Beautiful bestie pleeeeeease be soooo careful using too many protein treatments! That’s a whole new problem for hair. Protein overload causes major hair brittleness among other issues! Please be careful! I am 62 and have been doing my own hair coloring, etc., since I was 13 and cutting it for well over 30 years. I know of what I speak, as I know you do as well!

I am not sure if you use this but I recommend K-18 leave in, really helps when you have over-processed hair
The toner and cut looks amazing. I have been growing my hair out for 2 years now. I agree with others about maybe letting your hair grow out. I would love to see your natural color. Mine is dark ash blonde. Probably level 7 and I have been getting lots of compliments. I still miss the blonde but my hair feels better. It’s okay to take a break. But I just love that you do you and I trust you really do know what you are doing. I love your honesty and your just my favorite ❤️ ❤❤❤
I would love to see you fully grow your hair out, still do videos on hair growth products, maybe play around with fun colours but no bleach until it grows out, then bleach again ❤
This is what happened to me. as I told you before. I made the mistake of switching from my trusted ultra, no ammonia, high lift to a product with bleach. It overlapped. My hair came out in sections. I had to cut it. My hair is healthy, but short. It's been 3 years and my hair is still short, because I don't have the patience to get through the ugly stage! I'm wearing hairpieces and extensions. No one can tell, but I miss my hair!!! Sorry this happened to you. 😪❤ Your hair turned out much better than mine though. Very pretty.🙂
Be careful how much protein you put into your hair. I thought I was helping my hair by putting one protein treatment on after another and then abandoned treatment on top of that and it left my hair feeling exactly like yours did after the bleach😢
No bestie ! Never over do protein treatments. Protein treatments are to be used every six weeks.
I usually do mine once a month because I do bleaching

The haircut is super cute and always remember. You are beautiful anyway you are and it's hair it always grows back. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖 and on the bird situation I would leave the nest alone because birds said to not come back to the nest if somebody has moved it or touched it and in some states, it's illegal to mess with bird nest. I take care of a bunch of animals outside too. I feed them and give them water and I have bird houses, squirrel houses, etc. but you should leave the burden nest alone. You're just gonna have to wait until they hatch and they fly away one day.
I used the charcoal bleach on my roots and it did fairly well- I still had to tone ( my hair is naturally a level 4/5 dark auburn) but no breakage or fallout. I did melt my hair off with the blond brilliance lightening powder though and chopped it all off
It was down to my butt and I chopped it to my chin
Very lovely. I highly recommend BeCareLove coconut shampoo and SheaMoisture Rinse Out Conditioner 100% Pure Jamaican BCO. Long name though it is under 15$ at riteaid. It can give really lushious hair after a warm treatment. Give it a touch of light argan oil at the end while damp on the ends for light bounce. Builds, hydrates, and conditions on a major budget. I saved my hair after like 6mo of camping. Grew up in a salon, now we have one lol. ❤

Hey fyi wella toners are mostly permanent and will destroy the hair. I found this out recently too!! Lost hair from bleach but what relaly did it was the toner… Been bleaching and toning with wella I don’t reccomend permanent or bleaching at home anymore. Demi is the way to go with 10 dev.The permanent toners lift it lighter which you don’t need literally jsut fries the hair and anything over 10 is a no go.

Honestly manic panic toner is the softest toner I’ve ever used being bleach blonde. It makes your hair beautiful. I’ve also used lunar tides toner and it’s gorgeous as well. I’m going through hair loss rn. I had to bleach my hair 4 times to get to where you’re at, I then toned my hair twice with wella t18. Wella is amazing but it kills your hair. I now dyed my hair purple and blue because it was so damaged.

Also, the babies will leave the nest once ready to fly to go start their own families. They'll be gone very soon before summer starts
You might need to stop bleach your hair for a couple of months let it heal before going in for another bleach. I know it’s hard , but you’ll see results .

It only takes about a month after they hatch to leave the nest. Just get a cheap car cover and leave them alone. Then buy Flock Free spray so they'll never nest there again.

Side note- I have a question after you bleach your hair, and as you're putting toner on, does your scalp ever burn so bad when you are toning it. My scalp hurt so bad I seriously almost threw up lol tips?
Sally's sells something (their ion brand)
you can add to the bleach and then you can add to the toner. It is really is a huge help, no pain, no burning!
I also use Age Beautiful lightener with ion sensitive scalp. I add the ION stage one for added security to help prevent breakage.
Have you ever added the Ion Booster to the toner mix? I didnt know Sallys had it until the employee grabbed me a couple at the register. She said for every bottle of Wella do half a bottle of the booster. I used it once when using wella so far and I have to say I did notice the difference. Helps protect your hair bonds during chemical processes ❤

If you enjoy trying different colors I reccomend a semi. For less damage to the hair a Demi. Wella toners are permanent and they look pretty for like a week but fade so fast and are so damaging they just suck! Try redken shades eq next time you will be happier. Overlapping bleach above a level 10 you will also def lose hair.
I had my hair fall out using wella 10 volume developer. I don’t know what the heck happened because I’ve used way stronger developer than that before! Now I just got extensions for fun until my hair grows out again

Did you use leave in conditioner before brushing it? I’m about to bleach my hair & I got BondBar. I’m scared I’ll have fall out too but I use Ion leave in conditioner repair solutions. So I don’t have a lot of fall out normally when I brush.

How do you cut your hair like this on your own? This is a cut I’ve always had off and on throughout the last couple decades and it looks best on me. I always had my hairdresser cut it. But I want to learn to do it myself on myself.

Ok so this has happened to me before and I highly suggest going all in on some olaplex shampoo and conditioner with bondbar hair oil bc you need to rehydrate that hair. Perhaps do some shadow roots for a bit and let your scalp rest. The charcoal bleach wasn't good for you, you had a reaction.
The trim is so nice I cut my hair too because with the same length it bunches up at the shoulders. I am still deciding about adding toner to my blond it went from a virgin dark brown but my scalp does get irritated from Toners if its not a purple mixture.

I have been using Blonde Forte bleach and developer or blonde me level 7 developer for toning. So far, I have had good luck

Becca! I was worried for your hair because that bleach was mean! But that color is beautiful! As for the nest, if you don't want to be a baby bird mom, you're going to have to deal with the poop. I've had a nest with eggs in the exact same spot and that's just what happens.

Heyyyyyy BESTIE! GUUURRRRLLLL so now I'm periwinkle because my Olaplex purple shampoo turned my hair purple! It was so fried that it turned my ish light purple in some areas so I just went ahead and used some purple hair dye (semi permanent) and it actually looks good lol... I wish we could post pics in the comments... Wellllll I like to experiment anyways so I guess we'll see where we go from here lol love your videos!!! It takes about 2 weeks for the egg to hatch .it takes a little over 2 weeks for them to leave the nest. their parents are aggressive. Maybe contact DNR and ask them❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
