    Thank you for the workout. I had to turn down the volumen though, a shame because you are giving instructions and posture corrections but the music is loud and the sound is messy and unpleasant.

    How many pounds are your weights? Did you go heavier for the weight behind the knee?

      we are using 3lbs, you could go heavier for the one behind the knee :)

    great workout - but wish the acoustics were better. It has a bit of an echo sound to it.
