I like your video. Interesting experiment. I have propagated in water but no success. The roots are very weak. Now, following your experiment, I will make a substrate of coconut fiber, peat and perlite. I have jade branch to propagate, I hope to be lucky. I ask, is it necessary to place it under a grow lamp? Hi, thank you. Grow light can speed up your propagation to root. So, I would suggest using it especially indoors.
Why do the leaves hover over the water and not slightly go into the water?

I had a question, I wanted to ask if the leaf of the jade plant should be exposed to direct sunlight when we put it in water?
not directly exposed, just keep somewhere in the bright area or if you have grow light.

I just water when the coco peat is almost dry.
Ideal pot mix for succulents?
For jade plant I used 50:50 soil and perlite.

@@Shadowfly325 actually testing the water ph is optional for me. And in my case I don’t do that and yet all my plants are growing good and healthy.

I think it is about 2-3 yo
When can you propogaye? My leaves are so tiny??? I've had it for maybe a year and the stem is maybe 3-4 inches.
@@michellecastro2475you can propagate your plant as long as they are healthy enough to propagate with matured stem.
