    Building an aesthetic body will get you more girls and success in business, as well as opportunities that you otherwise wouldn't have.
    There are many reasons for this for me to cover in a 13 minute video, and I could talk about this for hours, but one of the main reasons why is the self developed confidence in the person you are and the person you know you are evolving into - by continuously improving your physique.
    To improve your physique and build an aesthetic body, you need discipline, you need to wake up early and workout on the bad days, you have to cut and bulk and experiment, you stop going out with friends and family for the sake of diet and progress. Throughout all of this you're learning many skills and self improving to become a better person, all in the hopes of building a better body.
    By the time you have the body, you also have the discipline, the confidence, the faith, the grit and many more aspects of the better man you wanted to be - and all of this specifically is the reason why an aesthetic body will get you more girls and success in business.
    You can only fake it for so long when it comes to your self image. Your body is a reflection of your internal state of well being.
    So please brother, work on your body to a level of pride you are content with.

    The extertnal tends to reflect the internal and vice versa. Training will typically improve your mood and confidence, which in turn will make it easier for you to keep up the momentum and train more. In addition to a set training routine for discipline, the one you gotta do, that you do for discipline and building or maintaining your physique... I think it's great to also incorporate training into your life style thru hobbies, or daily habits... this other type of training is great for conditioning and working on skills, examples: If you do martial arts or parkour or dance or yoga or climbing as hobbies... it can be the process of developing the skills, or maintaining them as a fun way of moving.... stuff I've done over the years is stuff like doing horse stance when waiting for the train or something, shadowboxing, or doing animal style crawling, cartwheeling, or parkour whenever you're at home need to get up and go to the bathroom or kitchen or something... I wanna at some point do a challenge where I have to use locomotion/animal flow type movement or parkour for a whole day to move from A to B... I wanna do that during vacation (at work it'll draw too much attention and I'll have to constantly explain what I'm doing).

      i would really love to get in to swordsmanship and archery in the future. my background is turkic - my ancestors come from the steppes of central asia and archery especially horse-mounted archery is a big tradition. i have this inner calling to pursue that, but priorities right now must take over. as i mentioned i'd love to get into swordsmanship as well. not many of those traditional ways of combat left in the world

      @@theshepherdtaylan I came across this channel a long time ago, don't remember the name of it... but it was fascinating, with this guy doing archery and sword fighting training on horse... might have been rooted in mongolian culture, like the Ghenkis Khan, but pretty unique and also artistic and beautiful to watch, so a mix of practicalitu and flair.
