The MCX is like a BMW. People who don't have one will tell you all about how they're no better than a Honda Civic, but as soon as they can afford one its the first thing they buy.
I've ran ~1000 rounds through my MCX Spear (5.56) on the "minus" gas setting and have had no issues.

I won't ever buy a BMW, but I love my MCX/MPX.
Glad to hear it! Could be any combination of factors to cause an issue for others
