Should I Use PAYE or IBR Now That SAVE is Gone?

Unfortunately I don’t qualify for PAYE or new IBR. I’m in PSLF, so I’m switching to old IBR. It is what it is.

I thought that a consolidation loan was a new loan, and therefore NEW IBR. Is this correct?

@kevinhathaway7240 it's a new loan but the government looks back to when you first took any Federal loan. Consolidated or not
