    The new 2nd generation mini is smaller and lighter and packs a punch. It pairs with a phone and has three heads. Combine it with a duo adapter and more heads and it becomes a game changer. I also have the Elite which is noisy and cumbersome compared to the mini.

    This was extremely helpful. The side by side, slow mo for each was super beneficial but my favorite was the stall test. That was funny.

    Great video! Thanks!
    I was not even considering amplitude or stall force, this really helped.

    This comparison wasn’t exactly fair considering that Theragun is top of the line and can range from $300 - 600. Bob and Brad are more affordable for most ppl.

    Really well done video. Great job! Which one of these do you find yourself using these days? I like the idea of the theragun mini but I am worried that over time it won't feel strong enough. Would be great to hear your thoughts. Thanks and happy holidays!

      Sorry just seeing this comment! I actually find myself reaching for the Theragun Mini the most. The small form factor makes it easy to grab and go.

    I think Bob and Brad just announced a new model that competes with the theragun mini (2.0?), its called Bob and Brad Air 2. it shares similar form factor and 12mm amp at less than half the price (90$ vs 200$)
    can you compare those two?

      We own The Bob & Brad Q2.
      It’s small, portable, lightweight, comfortable low sound, powerfully more vibrational.
      The Thera guns pack a more forceful punch BUT are too heavy and too loud for professional use ( if you are using them constantly throughout each day)
      Hopefully Bob and Brad can work on a more percussive gun soon.

      Yeah theraguns are expensive but I have gone big or home, and the other massage guns won’t actually give a good punch almost like a real massage just with a massage fun and faster

    I JUST OT THE sporteer which is good but like you said its all about that travel; so I ordered the theragun elite and going to try my luck to see which I prefer and one i guess is going back, ones louder, but yet stronger wit h longest reach I ever seen on a massage gun and the other one is realli quiet which i love; but in my opinion if it dose not do the job then its a bad product

      how do you like the elite? thinking about buying it

    • @changgooey
      @changgooey 3 роки тому +3

      @@smoothie6101 i liked it but i didnt like it; as far as the punch all the therguns are all the same; and the theraguns will give you the puncg you are looking for, it might be to strong; more of a punch and less of a vibration; and i own the pro now; exchanged my elite for a pro and i also own the bob and brad q2 for my hand massage and on the go too, but personality i like the theragun pro because the hand that can move in diffrent postion kinda sold me; but is also louder then all this if your ok with that and paying a 599 price tag.

    is the stall force on the mini too low?

    • @JoshuaChang
      @JoshuaChang  Рік тому

      I’m on the slimmer side so for me it’s not a problem at all. But I could see it being an issue for somebody much more built with a high tolerance for this type of thing. I’ve really enjoyed the Mini though. Feels great to use in the hand and the attachments feel high quality.

    I think you were not fair in the side by side slow mo; It looks like the bob and brad was at a slower rpm.
    And even though the amplitude is higher in the theragun, there's a reason the max rpm is slower than other guns. The more the amplitude the less effective it become at higher rpm so they set a limit to 2400 rpm instead of 3200.

  • @maicuraofficial

    You forget one very important thing, stall force. Amplitude can be high but if the stall force is low you can't dig deep at all. Bob and Brad has a much higher stall force then Theragun Mini and can therefore massage deeper...
