- In this video the travel turtles visit Nessebar, old town and beach. This is one of the more beautiful and ancient towns in Europe. Steeped in history, this town offers some stunning architecture and places to visit. Nessebar Old Town beach is located along the eastern tip of the island, and offers sunbeds for hire with comfortable padding. The bars and restaurants are absolutely wonderful and provide an authentic feel of Bulgarian Culture.

Was there about 32 years ago fantastic place and their take away hamburger rolls consisted of a slice of fried ham fried on a roll we were all poorless but we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves

W porcie polowałem na kraby. Nie było pogody. Tato robił wspaniałą jajecznicę na pomidorach. W upalne dni tak zjaralismy się z siostrą że mama pryskała nas oxykortem. Ale było. Ach
How far is the old town from the new town? Do you need a car to go from one place to another?
They are in walking distance, I would say between 10 and 15 minutes at a gentle pace, very accessible 😁

hello..where is the eco bar please and is it only accesible by boat ? thanks
Hi Chere. The Eco bar is in the old town which you can get to easily by crossing the causeway bridge either on foot or by car. The actual bar itself is tucked away down a side street called 'Han Asparuh' and is quite easy to miss. Look for a small vine covered canopy and a brownish sign above the entrance showing the name of the bar. Hope this helps...Many thanks for watching our video... Take care.
Is this nicer than Burgas?
Hi John. Old Nessebar has a more traditional rustic element to it mainly due to its position on an island connected to the mainland by a causeway. It still retains an essence of the past and is really quite charming. The new town of Nessebar on the mainland is more in line with Burgas with is modern buildings and associated amenities but on a smaller scale...the best of both worlds really and both are very walkable.....Many thanks for watching and commenting.
