No it does not have those pockets. Mentioned in the pricelist in chapter "interior"

Please stop using piano black trim (in this case on the steering wheel and cup holders) on any vehicle. It looks tacky and cheap and shows finger prints and scratches and reflects sunlight. Bring back matte finish for all trim/buttons.
