Thank you for this conversation. I really enjoyed the parts where you spoke about creating systems that accomodate the personalities of each therapist. Also enjoyed hearing about the ups and downs of private practice and also the options available when hiring staff. Loved it 🥳 👏🏾 🫶🏾
