What if there is NO Lock icon, can I just get in Keychain and look for the website and trust it, I know the site is good?The only problem is I have found as Mac OS-X has gotten newer and newer I find it is harder to access keychain and other deep secure settings, Is there a short way to get to keychain in say Mojave or 10.15?

I think this has given me a clue to a similar Dreamweaver error:
