Hi, I'm Sora Joanna, I want to share my SUPER EASY KOREAN RECIPES. Thanks for visiting my channel. Please SUBSCRIBE, LIKE and COMMENT ❤️. God bless you all.
Please note that I'm using international measurements. My cup is 250ml, tablespoon 15ml, and teaspoon 5ml. Check your cooking gadgets, please.

I'm not promoting any products. The reason why I show you the products I'm using is... I want to point out if you use other brands you might adjust the ratio a little bit. And also the reason why I made the recipe a very small amount is... when you try a new recipe, please make it a very small amount and then make an adjustment then you decide your final recipe. That's what I do too.

You thought I was feelin' you?
That n***** munch!
Ni*** a eater he eat it for lunch like
I love noodles
this woman sounds so sweet
😘
Take it from me, this is amazing I have been doing this for months on my own
Happy for you 😇
I’ve ate noodles like this since I was a young boy.
It’s way more filling than just a pack of noodles
You’re right 😘
My friend cooked me this and it was delicious
😇😇😇
This is exactly how I cook my ramen n eggs. So delicious!
Ive always cracked an egg in my ramen Sometimes i dont break it and just poach the egg. Soo good
Yeah I want to try it but an already cooked egg 🍳
Looks tasty!! But... Japanese way > Korean way -- All the way!
for me I half-boiled egg separate and only included it in my noodles when the noodles are done cooking. I wont break the yolk until the very end where there are few noodles and still a lot of broth.. it is heavenly ❤
Is this at all dangerous? Idk google keeps scaring me saying anything less than a hardboiled egg will give you salmonella :((
In my opinion you should consider where you stay. For me I never had any problems so far with half cooked eggs especially in Korea… 😅. That’s all I can say 😰
I would guess the egg overcooked as it's being thrown into boiling water. To make sure not to overcook the egg turn the heat off and stir until water temperature drops down a little bit to ~90deg before putting in the egg, or put the noodles and soup in bowl first and add egg then. As long as it's >60deg egg will be cooked and 100% safe to eat. So even 80deg is still plenty hot to cook the egg. But boiling water hot can be too hot for the egg.
Good to know 😇
Celsius plz 😅
Thank you for this, because I was finna do this (never seen how )and I’m black 😂😂😂😂
Enjoy 😉
I’m black and I prefer frying my egggs then putting them n my noodles with low water bc I don’t like a lot of water
That also good too.
Without noodles, And by adding some coconut kernel paste while cooking , it turns into our 'Local Egg curry'
Great tip! I'll try and let you know 😘 If you don't want to add noodles, why don't you make my homemade ramen soup? ua-cam.com/video/9sSjzOy-KUY/v-deo.html
@@SoraJoanna I was looking for ramen noodles recipe only, then suddenly when I saw ur video, I remembered that we used to make egg Curry similarly just without noodles, well coconut kernel paate was extra ingredient to keep curry thick enough so that egg yolk remains as it is i. E. Sunny side
By the way I will also try ramen soup 😇
That sounds very interesting. So you break eggs into the curry paste but eggs hold their shape?
@@SoraJoanna we do Pour the egg yolk in the stew as u shown in video, but that stew or curry is a bit thick like honey in consistency due to coconut paste in it, and hence when egg yolk is gently poured, it retains shape
Thanks for kind explanations ❤️
I like your voice
Ppl who think this might be nasty caused it’s raw, it’s not it’s rlly with yolk to
Thank youuu♡♡
You're welcome 😊
At least you could have drained and rinsed out excessive starch.
안녕하세요 신라면 요리 튜토리얼을 할 수 있나요
Anneyong-Hi/bye😊
Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Annyeong 😘
whoa I have that same pot!
Ive been doing this since i was a kid and everyone used to tell me i was doing it wrong 😭
Wow that’s absurd. In fact you’re the genius among fools 😂
I throw 3 eggs in. I need that protein.
I like my egg intact so I break it in and then get some ramen from the side to cover the egg and keep scooping hot ramen water over the top to cook the egg. This way, I get a nice soft boiled egg in my ramen. I sometimes whisk in one egg first and stir it in for a creamy thick soup and then add the second egg afterwards to keep intact.
Great tip!
I'm finna bust yo... aghhhh!
Japanese always extra strict
Your voice sounds like Jisso
Thats nice en all, but like-
How!?
I tried to listen to this because i wanted to do this for my rawmen, but there was literally no yoke after.
Like it was just scramble like eggs in my rawmen, and made it look kinda gross.
Like is anyone gonna ever explain how long or how hot the stove should be too?-
입에 군침이 돌았는데 시간은 7시 30분그리고 나 배고파🤨
You sound like jisoo🫰🏻
GODBLESS YOUUU AND UR LOVED ONES!!! GODS GOT YOU!!! AMEN!!!
Amen 🙏🏼
My egg has sunk to the bottom 👍
😮
How long do you keep the egg cooking for?
10 seconds cuz I want it half-cooked. Watch this full video for 4 styles of Egg Ramen ua-cam.com/video/miZ0ooVSJ0c/v-deo.html
@@SoraJoanna thanks!
Eat
I do the same it tastes so good 😋😋
I don’t have a ramen like this so I used a normal ramen no spice and made a soft boiled egg and mix very good
Americans: so that's how you make instant ramen *shoves it into the microwave*
❤❤
와우 맛있다는 걸 알아요 이 라면이 좋아요✨😋
맞아요 👍🏼 맛있게 드세요 😋
I’m cooking this right now and was unsure how to cook the egg in gonna try this thank you
My brother 😢
🤣🤣🤣
I found this after watching Hayao Miyazaki cook ramen with egg poured in as he helped cook lunch at Ghibli Studio Japan 😅
Wow 🤩
Very delicious
Yes indeed ❤️
Hate to break it to you, but Japanese also do it that way. I dated a guy who was half Japanese, half black. His mother was Japanese, and that’s how he did it, cuz that’s how his mother did it…!
Thanks for sharing a good information 😇
😭 its so hard why does my on gets all mixed up lol and the broth becomes all eggy
Why don't you watch the full video ua-cam.com/video/miZ0ooVSJ0c/v-deo.html I guess you can try the #3 in this video if you feel like your soup tastes too eggy. But remember you're adding egg to your soup so, definitely it will taste eggy somehow. That's why some people doesn't want to add eggs to their ramen at all, they prefer the original taste of ramen soup without adding anything.
@@SoraJoanna i like the test i just want the broth to look clean like yours
@@SoraJoanna thanku for the reply 💜!
Eggs are a lot easier than the internet makes them out to be

Everyone has there own taste
I personally like it
Annyoung......❤❤😊
Annyeong 🥰
Best food
Yes 👏🏼
So is this the Japanese way or Korean way?
Korean way. I said “unlike the Japanese way, Koreans break their egg into ramen” I’ll try to speak clearer next time.
@@SoraJoanna Don't worry I could clearly understand what you were saying, some people must not pay attention.
@@SampsonWrestling some people are just genuinely not very intelligent. I have a feeling this is one of those cases
New sub❤
Yay! Thank you! 😍
Your welcome 🤗😁 I just love your energy positivity and love
I will do this right now :D
How was it? Do you like it?
@@SoraJoanna It was very nice 🙂
Hello, what size pot is this please? Is it the 16cm or 20cm?
It’s 18cm. And you can cook 2 ramen packets for this pot
@@SoraJoanna thanks so much for the reply :)
I think I will order one online
@@bunnings_snag 16cm is so cute but it can cook only 1 ramen at a time. Plus, only round noodles can fit in, square one you have to break to fit in
@@SoraJoanna oh okay, thank you for the advice! 😁
I was looking at the 16cm, maybe not because I like to cook the square one.
Is the 18cm too big for just 1 packet to eat from?
If you cook only one ramen all the time 16cm should be ok. It’s bowl size.
She sounds like she saved 150 bucks 💀
i liked it
Why does so many Asian dishes have eggs? It makes it gross.
Because, Just because you yourself prefers dishes with no egg's doesn't mean everyone prefers the exact same as you..
Cap, it's delicious
I absolutely 💯 love u
what is the japanese way?
Boiled and marinated beforehand. Half cut and serve on top of ramen. 😘
@@SoraJoanna it's Indian btw
