No info anywhere in the GE manual about how to do this. After watching the video a two year problem was solved in less than a minute once I had the proper tool. Thank you so much.

finally found this no thanks to GE customer service who sent all the wrong info including wrong tool size, adjustment location etc, TWICE. Talk about dumb! If they could get it wrong they did. To add insult to injury I waited 6 months for the Monogram fridge which was expensive. I guess I'm not a GE guy anymore. I'm going to learn Korean so I can decipher their service manuals for the next appliance I buy.

Had my refrigerator moved to a new home and the left door leveling screw does not turn at all. Any help is appreciated
Hi Adam, if the leveling screw comes to the end of its range adjustment, you will feel it tighten and turning will become harder. Don not attempt to force it to turn more. You can schedule an appointment online at: www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

I have the same problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator. Leveling screws are useless. I may just look into a cheaper fridge.

buy anything but GE
Do not buy a Samsung they are expensive junk and LG has bad compressors. These two companies should stick with televisions DVD player stereo system and mobile devices.
