Pattern:: - Chain 8 - Row 1- SC 3 + 2 SC into 4th st + 3SC ( 8st )
Row2- 2SC into every st ( 16st )
We are going to make increase 1st in the first st & increase 1st in the last stitch
for row 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11( at the end of row 11) we will have( 34st ) - Row 12 -13 and 14 we will work on 34 stitches ( body is done)
( We will crochet 2 parts for our Stingray amigurumi))
Mouth
Skip 12st + insert the hook into 13st single crochet 8st + repeat 1 row & done
(Crochet body together )
When you reach to the tail so make decrease by 2 stitches tog
For the tail ( ch 16 + slip st)

I'm confused, in round 9 I have 30 stitches, following the previous increase sequence where it's two single crochets in the first stitch, single crochets, and two single crochets at the end, but that only gets me to round 9. So from rounds 9 to 14, do I just do single crochets? I don't understand.

This tutorial literally doesn't make sense. Rows 5-11 well increase the same as we had done? What does that mean??? Your abbreviations are wrong too it's SC, not single st
