MiNDFOOD chats with Saoirse Ronan about her new film 'Lady Bird', her teenage memories, the importance of family and what it was like being directed by Greta Gerwig.
I cannot be the only one to notice the slight tinge of pain in Saoirse's voice when the interviewer asked her whether or not she is good at letting go. For an actress of her caliber to be able to act so well and cry on cue and deliver all those heartbreaking performances and tell stories with her facial expressions, she has for sure went through harsh times. I just wish nothing but the best for her.
I don't think she'll win for this movie. But the following year when "Mary, Queen of Scots" comes out I'd say that is going to be her year for the Oscar
The interviewer makes three questions in one which is a bit annoying (to me at least). Also I love how they constructed their fight scenes with triggers so the audience doesnt get tired/annoyed by them having little arguments in a lot of the scenes.
i don't know why... but i thought this lady was a lot older than she really is. i legit thought she was 30. because she seemed so old already in the movie the host. but then i realize she is three years younger than me. lol she just seems so much older than she is. wiser and just a woman. but she's only 23. weird :D
I feel it.. she's gonna be the greatest actress of our time!
Great actress. I hope she has a long and successful career.
