Another fine video Lisa. It's a while since we went to neatishead we now only go to Gaye Staithe if it's rough on Barton. There were a lot of anglers at Ludham and if the fishing isn't great at Wroxham in the coming week I might join them. The water look lovely on your film but I expect it was running quite strongly. We had a call from the cottage on Monday saying that we need to bring our wellies so we are expecting the lawn to be a little damp so we may have to sit on the boat to fish so everything does not get covered in mud. Look forward to seeing you during the week.

I can remember when we took shelter at Neatishead staithe in stormy weather. All the boating folk seemed to end up in a nearby pub restaurant, they must have done well with the mass food orders. It was so cold and wet☔️❄️ but not in the pub that night.
Hi Bob , It’s leaning over due to the relentless storms . It’s also switched off for winter but still accepts people’s money unfortunately. So, once they realise it isn’t working and they’ve just lost £4 , the hoses get thrown down on the ground in disgust. There needs to be a sign on it telling people it is switched off .
Just spent at week at Horning. I have never known long term flooding like this, there is clearly something wrong downstream, as the water is just not leaving the system.
Just to say: Golden Bridge is not privately owned, it is still available for hire, they were going to sell it but changed their minds and gave it a refit, and I will be hiring it this season thanks
Golden Bridge is still hired out by Bridgecraft.

What happened to the water point at Ludham? It looks as though it has been vandalised, the hoses appear to have been cut off?
