Hello guys, they say timing is everything. Today I bought my G 3500 and I too have a Harley and want to remove the seats and the bed in the garage. I have a busy that is going to fabricate and motorcycle lift the I can have in the garage. Thank you kindly for your video.. safe travels and God bless.
Wonderful to hear all about your Brinkley G experience so far. My husband and I are looking to purchase a toy hauler so we can bring our Can-Am Spyder and e-bikes with us when we travel. We too are at a point in life of "while we still can". Here in Canada the G3500 is super expensive so we're still trying to figure out if we can afford it. Of course we'd be very happy if Brinkley came out with a slightly lighter weight one. Thanks!
Thank you so much for watching!! Do you have the ability to buy one in the states? Could save a bunch? I’m doubtful there will be a lighter one. This is the shortest garage and the countertops are porcelain which means heavy along with all of the higher quality cabinets etc. Lighter would mean lower quality. Please keep me posted as you figure out how you can do it while you still can! Exciting!!
By the time we purchased one in the States and paid the exchange, taxes and duties it would probably be just as expensive than the $190K they're selling for here in Canada. I will keep you updated. Thanks@@whilewestillcan
You should be able to get the filters at Home Depot or Lowe’s and also there is tons of camping worlds all over the country if join their club membership they give great discounts
Have stayed there before and had a sight that backed up to the forest. I had the Harley up there on another trip and did all the roads you did. Doing the roads in the truck isn't as much fun the sights to see make up for it.
Don’t forget you can get heat out of your AC’s too using free campground electricity. I really wish Brinkley would have used the Truma water heater instead of the Furrion.
We think the world of Maria and Clay also. I first met them when I rescued them in Westminster, Colorado. Friends for life as well. Lisa wants to know where you got your couch cover. We also have dogs.
@WestsontheMove here you go! I love them. Easy to wipe clean and wash in the washer. Easy-Going Sofa Slipcover... www.amazon.com/dp/B083XJNDCR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
@whilewestillcan just saying I'm getting up there in age and definitely had that (while I still can) thought process occurring more and more every year lol
I think these three axle big rigs need an electric actuator lift axle in the rear. I think it would make a tremendous difference in the ride and the wear on the frame, springs, and axles.
@@whilewestillcan maybe $2500. Maybe I’m being a little too much of a positive thinker. It could actually be fabricated. What I’m talking about is like on dump trucks and also a lot of spread axle refrigerated trailers. I had a spread axle refrigerated trailer for several years, and that dump axle made all the difference in the world.

Would independent suspensions be the best upgrade ? Didn’t Changing Lanes go that route? $11k. I’m seeing a lot of broken leaf springs on these journeys.
Just started watching your channel. Been watching Victoria and Craig for months now. Hoping to get a Brinkley when they come out with a TT. I don’t want to lose full use of the back of our truck with all the fishing gear and 2 EBikes we plan to have on our journey across North America fishing for trout and salmon and seeing the sites. What do you think of the push out windows? Is there a good air flow when open? Have fun! Enjoy the journey!
Aww!! Thank you for watching!! We love Craig and Victoria. They are so nice. He does a really good job of editing their videos. They are working on TTs but it might not happen till late next year from what I understand. I like the windows a lot. I do wish that the side windows on the slide opened as well. We didn’t have much for air flow in the last rig. This one if you fire up a maxxair fan or two it works wonders. I’ve always wanted to learn how to trout fish! Sounds like you have awesome plans!
@@whilewestillcan I know the toy hauler has lots of the ideas we like but don’t need a toy hauler. How is the flexibility to order specific items that you want like theater seats, pantry designs, flip up counter extensions? Or do they come with what they come with?

There are a few options but not related to the floor plan. You can turn the cabinet in the bedroom into a desk, dual vs single pane windows, queen with nightstands vs king, disc brakes with 8,000 lb axles.
We don’t call it frame flex as we figure every frame is going to flex a little bit. We call it frame breakage as that is exactly what it is. Shoddy welding and structurally insufficient frames. Brinkley has different specifications for their frames. If you take a factory tour they will tell you what they do differently. Buy the rig that works for how you plan to travel. If this is your first rig, most often it won’t be your last. Life changes which often causes changes in your travel/living needs. Thank you so much for watching! Good luck with your research!
1. Don’t drink out of your faucet regardless of how many filters you have. 2. Fireplace is NOT meant to be main source of heat. It’s an ancillary source and more for decor and ambiance than anything.
Thank you for the tips. We feel pretty safe with the filters we have. We also have a Berkey. The fireplace we’ve used for years and it works great. When it’s really chilly tank heaters go on and we supplement with the furnace.
Thanks for the update! So glad to hear you are happy with your Brinkley. Can't wait to meet you guys at the MI huddle.
You’re welcome!! We can’t wait either!!
We loved hanging out with you guys. Very very glad we got to know you two. Can’t wait for MI
Gave me a chuckle listening to you talk about saving money on propane but you have an expensive rig, tow vehicle, and hitch!
We do but we still have to watch our money.
Subsiber 566 here. You folks are great. Im glad you enjoyed the blackhills. We are just west in Wyoming
Oh my gosh we sure did. Going back next summer. We love Wyoming as well. Thank you for subscribing!!

Looks like I didn’t answer you. I’m so sorry! I got them on Amazon. Want me to provide a link? I had to buy two to fit as our couch is so long.
Yes a link would be awesome. We need to cover our couch at aminimum.

We have a 39 overall foot fifth wheel. We call the rv park to see if are rig will fit .so far so good.
Awesome!! We have done well with 40 so far. I always bump up the length just as a precaution.

With the Brinkley?

You could be right. How much $$ do you think it would add to the price?

What made you chose a G model vs the Z model?
We have motorcycles so we needed a toy hauler.
I thought there are heat pumps in the AC
There are but we don’t use them much. Too loud
We have internet issues with our tv too
Ok so it’s the tv. Ugh
I should mention we travlfi and we also have access to the Rv park WiFi and have the same interruption on both.
Dang. It’s the boob tube then. I’ll have to try and troubleshoot.
@@whilewestillcanmy wife reminded me we have the same issue with our phones. So it might just be poor internet on our end.

More ventilation and ability to carry more tools. I agree - both are preferable. Poopsies, however, are not!😂😂😂
