UAD just released the native version of this plugin suite. No one has a video out yet, so I ended up here. These sound good -- just like everything I've tried from UAD. I particularly liked how the 176 increased the sustain and body of the drums.
Yes, UA is slowly releasing all of their plugins as native. This is great!
Klanghelm MJUC has a great 176 emulation. They don’t explicitly say it on the plugin until you read the manual but their Mk II compressor mode is modeled after a 176. Absolutely fantastic compressor and dirt cheap too. It sounds a little different than the UAD 176 emulation does but it’s stunningly good and has loads of character

Analog Obsession has the OSS which is a free plugin, its an emulation of the 176 vari mu limiter

Why do I get a clean sound from my audiobox 96 when studio one is closed? Why does ampire always sound clean even when i change the effects (distortion, stomp box, pre sets) But when i playback the recording it will add the effects? Also why are my guitar recordings so quiet?? Plz help I cant find this anywhere on the net and I enjoyed watching your presonus tutorial and your other content as well
