Hi Noah yeah thanks for this one this was pretty awesome unfortunately sad that it's going to be tore down just for a stupid subdivision it's such a beautiful home it's not that far gone it can definitely be fixed I love the kitchen oh my God that is just amazing I would have done it in wood though instead of white I'm not a fan of white I liked the whole house so anyway keep them coming Noah.
They can. It's the seller who chooses to let it go. A seller can stipulate in the contract that the land can be used for multifamily housing as long as the original house remains intact. But most sellers want the most $$$ from the deal so they pretty much let the buyers dictate terms as long as the price is right.
The brass thing by the fireplace might have been for matches. (If it’s not or wasn’t always gas.) The glass on the kitchen cabinets match the front door glass. Nice!
I love your videos. Your style of filming is exactly what I'm after in explore videos. Taking the tour slow, not making a bunch of cuts and jumping from location to location. One of my favorite things about tour videos is being able to build a 'model' of the place in my head. The fact that you have no cuts makes that easy for me! Also, love your commentary through the videos :)
I used to make money. Am in 60's and my employment is much lower now. But very much considering sending coffee money.just have to get past some health issues. Noah , you do the best work of all the explorers. Thank you for the quality work. And yes; very upset at direction of our living environment and it's impact on people's quality of life.
This is such a sweet home. I am thinking the original structure was once a true farmhouse then they added the garage later to match. The way you can tell is to look at the raw construction in the attic & see if it matches the garage. The architectural form on the roof is called a "cupola". Cupolas can help remove moist air from a building, which can prevent mold, mildew, and rotting. Thank you for documenting before they demolished it.
Someone spent much effort and a fortune to build this beautiful house. Look at all these details! I always have to imagine all these years when a family lived there at it's daily life. Happiness, sorrow, parties, long winter evenings in front of the fireplaces, breakfasts in the beautiful kitchen, and summers at the pool. And then all is gone. All memories are going to be destroyed. I wonder how the owners feel about that. Seems sad to me. Thanks for showing this property👍🙂
Thank you for exploring and sharing your videos. As an older person who works 40 plus hours a week, when I have my days off I just have to come home in the evening and sit down and watch one of your videos. It's very soothing. And also very interesting. So thank you for what you do it truly is a Ministry to my mind and soul
You can see that the owners really loved and took good care of this home! We also have the tinted windows, and it's also meant to keep the heat and UV light out. You especially want that in a sunroom as it gets heated up soon when the sun is out.
That was an Awesome house. I wish some day you could buy a home of your dreams and take us along for the saving of it! What a ride that would be! I love your enthusiasm for historic architecture.
Honestly, it all looks like an 80's update throughout the house (minus the more recent kitchen). The mauve tub and tile, mirrors; the natural wood stairs, doors, trim etc....
🙁 too bad this house is set to be demolished. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!! 😍 Very unique, beautiful home. I would totally live there in a heart beat 💔 Thank you so much! Noah for this awesome video 👍☺️
3:15 I think it's called a Coupola. The top windows in the sunroom, i would be afraid of the glass breaking when it hailed. 22:57 Nice tub, but it looks like it would be hard to get in or out of it..
I LOVE this house! If I could find a house like this when I am ready to move in a year it would literally be perfect! Ugh, I hate that it's being torn down to make unappealing, identical, cookie cutter homes :(
Hello Noah 👋 😀, oh yes, I sure do agree with you about being upset about this beautiful home 🏡 being demolished. It's a terrible shame 😢 😮. The pool could be very nice with just a little work. I ❤️ LOVE ❤️ those hardwood floors, doors, and the staircase, that wood is very nice. The kitchen would need some redoing for my liking, but it's still a nice kitchen. I don't think that I like where the garage is. The looks of the garage is pretty, but when you are in the home 🏡, you have to walk all that way just to get to the garage. At night, I think that would be quite scary. Thank you, Noah, my friend, for showcasing such a beautiful home 🏡, you do find nice Homes! Your friend, Didi 👋😃🏡🦮🐈⬛
It looks like that Cross-Breeze Way from the Garage to the Laundry-Room had some sort of Heat Exhaust, that for some Reason, [prob too High Up] overheated and Melted/Warped the Area above it. High up] The outer Grounds look Marvelous! The Pillar-Rot seems caused by the Trough Improperly Draining, and Back-Washing because there should have been a Slope-Away on the Ground there built to Aid in Proper Drainage... This is Yet Another WINNER! I'm guessing and Peeling-like in the Bathroom [near the Ceiling] was a Fault with the Roof, as the 1 half of it seemed "Finished", oddly somehow. The Curtains that were Dark were Room Darkening Curtains-So it was Intentionally a Dark Room. The Basement def. had some Drainage Issues. Inspectors were Needed there, that Knew Their Butt-Holes from a Hole in the Ground. Oh Well, another Disaster that probably could've been Averted...
I love that Kitchen Noah. The addition was much needed. Good job on this
Beautiful!!! I love the wood and stairs!! Thank you, Noah!! 💙💙💙💙
I really hate my province when they tear down perfectly good homes like this. And all for the almighty dollar

I often wonder why they can't build around these houses.
It makes more money to put in more houses
Greed is the simple answer...
They can. It's the seller who chooses to let it go. A seller can stipulate in the contract that the land can be used for multifamily housing as long as the original house remains intact. Thanks for the explore. House is pretty clean. Surprised no one has bought it to flip it.
That is an awesome house, the sun room would be so relaxing in the winter, just watching all the snow fall.

The brickwork is so nice- at the corners and around the windows, etc.

Hi Noah!❤
keep the clips coming
All those beautiful variety of trees just going to be bulldozed away 😢
The feature on top of the garage is called a "Cupola"
hi noah, i love this house 😍
I love this house
They are very wasteful with these well built homes. This house is so beautiful on my HD TV.
somebody has been mowing the grass in the front for sure.
I wonder if it was the pool, which flooded the basement?
Strong possibility.
just bought your old computer off ur dad for 500 big ones🙏 keep up the good work🤝
26:59 did that clock stop at 5:41 in the morning or in the afternoon/evening? 🤔
30:22 looked like a possible orb.
Hi noah
0:53 0:58 butifol home
Who's mowing the lawn?
Isn't Abandoned houses your end not taken over by. Government for Sales ❓
Just wondering,‼️🤔
They've been abandoned for demo!😶
Coupola
