Battery cables running on the outside of the cage is a big no-no. I'd also mount the battery on the other side of the car for better balance left-to-right.
Makes sense!
We'll be adding extra ballast to passenger side so I think battery weight is negligible.
@@JackieDing86 definitely re-route those battery cables though, that would be a quick fail during tech inspection from me and any other competent inspector.

The GR86/BRZ shit count is wild lmao. Thank god a fix for that is close to finalized. I guess Subaru and Mitsubishi both have one common enemy… right hand turns
