To be honest blob is way worse for me as alioth is a last resort or securing card whil blob is always a flip from the moment they can play it

I've said it before, but it bears saying again: your ability to laugh in the face of a mind blowingly tilt-worthy game is just incredible. Reading the comments, I know I'm not the only one who felt the pain of the double Alioth. I would love a math person to figure out the Hitchhiker's Guide style improbability numbers for that to line up for the opponent.
I don't deserve too much credit here, my job is to play a video game about superhero cards, it'd be silly to get too mad about it. I know I'm stupid lucky, so I just roll with the punches.
With the double alioth game, there were so many things that had to happen for that to line up…
He had to start with electro, alioth, & galactus in the 1st 4 cards of his deck before getting replaced by district X.
He had to get a location that let him get another 6 drop out.
And of course he need to randomly generate a 2nd alioth.
It's actually even worse than that. You only draw 3 cards before the first location is flipped.
He TOP-DECKED Galactus, Electro, and Alioth as his only three actual draws.
Galactus on turn 4 WITHOUT wave is insane. I mean the luck to have electro on 3, AND titan, and all the alioth stuff is crazy lol
To be fair Titan was the featured location, so people were running Electro Galactus specifically to abuse that. Not that that makes the odds much better 😅

the title is funny because this is what high ladder and high gauntlet games feel like lol i’m honestly worried that they’re going to do what companies tend to do where they give, easy, no brain, zombie style win conditions out like candy to the short term players and then never and/or take forever to nerf characters, cards, builds etc it happens with almost all pvp games nowadays, especially card games.
I've been playing this deck for the last hour. I've received so many shang-chi's punches in the face that I think I'll never do it again

I think the greatest strength of this deck is making opponents think it's a Patriot deck. That said, I love how just spitting out vanilla stats all together is usually enough to win a lane.

I’ve said it before, if the average in your list is around 4 or 5, Blob is consistently a powerful stat stick turn 6 with no real downside

If you can even do this I wonder what happens if phoenix force resurrects as Blob if you can actually move him then? Which ability would work? PF ability to move anywhere or Blob can’t move. 🤔
I have no answer to the actual question, but as to whether it's possible, without RNG locations or opponent colluding there is one combo which could achieve it: Zabu turn 2, Wave turn 3, Blob turn 4, turn 5 Carnage the Blob for 2 energy then discounted Phoenix Force for 3 to bring him back. My expectation is that he won't be able to move, because PF movement has no inherent Jeff clause, it is prevented by stuff like Prof X so I would assume it would also be prevented by Blob's ongoing effect.
@@bzcharkl then ur opponent plays a Rogue or enchantress on the phoenixed Blob randomly and he suddenly can move on turn 6! 👀 Huzzah lol
Replace shocker by cloak misty by hawkeye cyclop by hulk buster thé thing by shang Chi
