Water is fine but it bubbles up more than meths and meths has a better wetting action although you can add a little washing up liquid to the water and it helps with wetting.
Foolproof tutorial, but someone is goona ask what sawblades you use,and a link :) Do you find making a vid forces you to become efficient for that one task. After 5 or 6 F ups :)
Definately. I'm doing a couple more viideos, one is cutting some steel. Half way through I took a look at the video and guess what, it wasn't recording, doh!
The saw blades are very old and probably a bit too heavy duty, size 4, these can be obtained from Cooksongold, Cousins UK or HSWalsh. Along with the frames etc. For most jewellery the 2/0 blades are a good general purpose size.
Hi and yes I will! Looking for a way to email or send some messages regarding building and carving with this. It’s perfect for my saddlebag forge as I can recharge my batteries as I move, and still be productive in the field!
Take a look at this video ua-cam.com/video/pyGIfyxWxdw/v-deo.html it shows engraving on stainless steel. Also take a look at the comments, there is a recommendation of a tougher carbide tool.
If you look in the description there is a link to the documentation on GitHub. In the documentation there is a link for a Google search which will show you where to get the solenoid. I ordered them up from a supplier in China.
Mind you to add the video from where to the end for the people in our country to learn, thank you
GOOD JOB !!! :) 👍👍👍
Looks great 👍
Hi, I've always mixed water with easyflo flux. What's the benefit of using meths?
