Oh yes, I know how hard it is to do things with one hand back in January I slipped on some ice in my shoulder, came out of socket, breaking the socket. I had surgery on my shoulder two weeks ago and Dr’s estimate five months of physical therapy so all I’ve got is one arm, and it is amazingly difficult to do almost everything.
Ohhhh wow! I hope you have a speedy recovery!

Why not a rivnut and a washer on the plastic? That eay you dont have to struggle with the nylock everytime
Cuz the rivnuts only have a certain thickness they can crush on. Probably the thickness of the plastic plus the washer is too much. And I suspect that with plastic, you would need a washer on both sides. Do thicker rivnuts even exists?
@JimboStyleQc They do!!! Just usually have to contact the manufacturer/supplier directly to get them.
Using a nut, bolt and washer adds more surface area. Also, the piece attached with a nut and bolt with only come off when it’s broken.
