Amazing Maples and Crazy Conifers, Do you have to do anything special during the winter? I didn't think Japanese Maples could survive the winter months in pots unless you're in South.

I'm giving it to my friend and she is planting it in my yard. She is super excited and said she is now a member of the JM club. Thank you!
I am located near Seattle. I do not deliver but I can help arrange it. Note these are very large trees and can not be shipped basic delivery. The are trucked and require equipment to load and unload
So many nice plants. I wish you had a better camera that had better natural color than what you cell phone can produce. At least get a Iphone 12 Pro :-)
I have to say I love to hate this guy. I watch his videos ... and they are great and the trees are amazing, but I walk away wanting to rob a bank to buy a bunch of his trees ... but robbing a bank is wrong ... so why is he pushing this? Hopefully he'll add a video of a bunch of sick or ugly maples so I can go back to my life.

Pretty simple, I put them in a bigger pot and fill with a compost bark mixture

I am not sure if they would either. I am sure in a shaded location they would grown, not sure how they do over winter.

No they grow that big in the ground, I have them in pots so they can be sold and transplanted into someone else garden
My Autumn Moon currently has almost the same color as my Aureum 🤷♂️ but my climate is a little different than yours. Midwest
This is the best year for color on my Autumn Moon. I have 5 of them and they all look great.

I have it all on a drip irrigation system that waters on a timer every day

Over 100 years old, maybe close to 120 years old based on the age of the house where i acquired the tree.
