Good day! I was wondering if there is a simple way to rename files, similar to the feature in Bluebeam? I found it to be easy and efficient in Bluebeam REVU. I have about 225 pages to rename in Planswift, and I am concerned that it might take up most of my time.

Yes. If you’re working inside the Pages section (mine is docked on the left), press F2 and the properties window will appear to change the page label. If it doesn’t, simply click inside that box and it will.

If you already have the project open you want to change, click on the PlanSwift icon all the way left. This will bring up a dialogue box, select Job Properties, then click Advanced. Under the Name field, you can change the file name. I recommend then closing the project and re-opening with the new file name. If you have no projects open, you can click on the Home tab and Click the Open icon, then select but don't open your project. Click the Properties icon and change the same was as above.
