Hey Ken may I ask how eating butter and bacon is healthy? The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than the amount that you burn in a day. I understand that you eat this way to be less hungry during the day and that helps you to eat less. But there is better way to be healthy. Just eat good food like vegetables and fruits and exercice during the day. All this butter and bacon will drive your cholesterol through the roof and clutter your arteries. Just trying to look out for you

I use most of this recipe for making empanadas I add Rotel and Chili's a sharp cheddar cheese ground chuck all wrapped in a Buttery crispy pastry dough
Another recipe you might like is Joe’s Special. Spinach, eggs, ground beef, mushrooms and onions. Simply Recipes has a version very similar to what I make.
A tip for mushrooms... Spritz with water: If the mushrooms appear very dirty, place them in a colander and spray them with water until the dirt washes away. Clean: Using a damp cloth or paper towel, gently wipe each mushroom until it is clean. I've learned to not use faucet straight up to wash your mushrooms. Use the sprayer. Mushrooms soak up water and they can tend to be slimy. Just a tip. Sorry if you knew this already. Love your videos.

Even cut out my energy drinks they’ve gotten really expensive. I guess and i hope the police have stopped the atv racing running the neighborhood and music. You think lay down go to bed all of a sudden widows vibrate then its really i guarantee those that do that will have hearing loss. We are supposed to do a shake down rv run for three-four night in July- August-Sept few trips to Bull Shoals Arkansas for trout fishing 🎣 which it’s been a minute since fishing. I got hip waders last year christmas or birthday i forget Stuff is booked so any trips year out. All therapy cabin fever. Seems like retired to full timers pretty covid everyone went into rv’s. We are planning a month long trip loop next year YellowStone, Mount Rushmore, Colorado back home.

We were Imperial until 1977 when I was 11 years old and it's difficult to let go of certain aspects of Imperial (feet and pounds mainly)

That's a good tip, because mushrooms 🍄 do tend to produce a lot of liquid when cooking, thank you. Now I know what I was doing wrong 😊.
