sushiro was great when it started in tiong bahru! It was serving japanese size exactly. The current serving became smaller and feel more like sushi express nowadays.

Ive never tried fugu, but i like how you went to feature and talk with the mgr san how the fugu is handled and the concerns. Mgr san singlish is really on point too 😂

I remembered they had the deep-fried sardine sushi! That was so gooood! But it's not on the menu anymore because it's only for a limited time! I wish they could bring that back! The quality at sushiro is superb! I really love it!
Interesting pufferfish! 👍🏻 Fish with chicken texture 🤣 Sounds good. I visit Sushiro at least once a month, n actually I love their spacious outlets and authentic menu, feels like I’m in Japan whenever I eat there.

Stamina sushi and Spicy Seafood sushi were great all the times I had them and they're the lowest tier pricing too! Very good value for the flavour it packs.

Oh, didn't know fugu was served at that sushiro outlet! I was just there a couple of weeks ago in fact. Well, i don't think i can bring myself to give it a try no matter how much reassurance i can get from professionals out there 😖 Thanks for sharing your experience and i can't wait to go back to JP and enjoy the freshness of the sushi there again!

For the sushi... nv take those on the belt. Just order by iPad. Those on belt usually not as good as they are left there for quite some time.
I always go to their Tiong Bahru outlet but there are no fugu. Would love to try their fugu

I'm a sushiro fan for the stamp card-soft toy collection. I tried the fugu tempura but it taste fishy and had many bones. But I like the new creme brulee cake.
I had SUSHIRO in Japan and I felt that Singapore’s was a lot nicer and fresher.
The only downside is ours cost much more than Japan
Ghib, I suggest you have an icon or some logo so perhaps you go anywhere you reviewed, you can get endorsed by a stamp mark on stores places eateries where you have been so the various places and ppl can connect to, maybe, just an idea, bcos I see others like miss tam chiak has one at many foodie places . I had tried the jewel branch… I think it’s lacking lot of ingredients though, well can’t help it, it’s Singapore not Japan. But I don’t see fugu in it in the menu.

How would this compare to Sen Sen Sushi by Donki?
The sushi rice is always breaking up ! Quality has been compromised !

i have tried sushiro at CCK, I don't think it is nice compare to Genki sushi
Same! Gave sushiro a try a few times, but for me at least genki has better salmon imho. Sushiro sometimes like a bit frozen

I don't really like sushiro service. I seriously think they are a joke. Ordered the food in the ipad but a lot part didn't arrive. And they just close the kitchen like that. I was not the only one affected other table as well. When I questioned them they simply don't care and say kitchen closed and don't even bother to tell you. They just simply too lazy to make the order. They just close the kitchen and start cleaning. Ordered way before the ipad locked itself by the way. End up I didn't get to eat. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE.
Spoke to the manager and he said there is nothing he could do. I have already asked about my order before the kitchen closed. They just simply dont want to make it
