My first Silat I learned since 14 years old and my most favorite out of other styles. I started with Taekwondo at 12 but it just not for me, I am having athma and the training is too physical demanding. Silat is way more softer, slowly building the hardness due time. Later I learned other form of Silat and study some other martial arts with friends.

My honest comments when see Ben applying Silat... He still didn't confidence with his ability and there are still doubts about his movements. So he must confident with his movements and if he do it wrong it's OK because Cikgu Halim will corrected it

Ben to stable your self,you need open your “kekuda” / horse stand bigger, kekuda is fundamental for balancing, if you are taller you need open your leg bigger and bend leg lower..
