these often are found for the cost of "getting it home"... then comes the fun of tooling... almost always see them only set up with a few chucks on the turret/capstan now. drill, chamfer, tap, deburr... only once i have seen one in person running actual parts with box and polygon cutters...
@@melvillemachine2521 I ran one 50 yrs. ago as a toolmaker apprentice in a job shop that had two W/S. turret lathes. Stinkin', sweaty, sulfur cutting oil and thread chasing dies... NO MORE!

Cool machine, but I would strongly recommend you enclose or at least cover that VFD to protect it from chips messing it up with short circuits!

Is there much wear in it
Considering its age I would consider it to be pretty alright in terms a of accuracy but I need to get it leveled better
I put a ward 3ds into service recently it can still make accurate parts
