Hi Dana - thanks for your question. Currently, all of the evidence for the benefits of MitoQ in MS come from animal models and from uncontrolled studies of people who have been taking it. It is hoped that through activities like this and raising more awareness into the work that MitoQ are doing, it will lead to undertaking some randomised controlled trials in people with MS in the near future. From a pure scientific perspective, there is certainly reason to believe that it could have some benefits for PPMS, but there is no evidence from actual in-human studies at the moment to support that.
