Daequan and Hamlinz are a perfect example for this life lesson: Nothing in life is a promise, even if it's sworn. It can be abused at any moment, or it can be disrupted at any moment. Daequan and Hamlinz are not mentally stable enough to promise a grind or a long-term return, but we can't just bombard them with hate-- with them two being in a dark place, it'll only make it worse on them because they'll be overwhelmed. I really hope the two are doing okay, and I hope they can make a return. They're amazing streamers and content creators.

You can see it in their eyes, saying they’re chasing the bag is almost dangerous and selfish. It’s obvious they don’t have the desire or love for the community and for their careers. They’ve probably racked up enough money from their prime that that’s the least of their worries. It’s too simple and basic to say they’re using their community for money. It lays so much deeper and has a lot do to with their passion and love, not health or money. As Dae stated in one of his streams, he has always struggled, but when Fortnite came he found love. They have plenty of money to work with, they simply don’t like doing it anymore. You’re 100% right when you say we will never see them grinding again (unless as Dae and Ham said, a new Fortnite replacement comes out. Simply because they don’t have the passion for the community or their careers anymore.

I hope they are ok but they definitely never wanted to be famous or anything i think they just wanted to play their favorite games and have fun and it turned it to something bigger than that and they struggle with the daily grind of it all and wanted to live normal lives. I think that thoom house thing really drained daequans drive too. I feel they genuinely want to be consistent but that fire is gone.

Dude. Wtf is this video and comments for? Daequan and hamlinz don’t owe anything to us. We appreciate their content and that’s all. He doesn’t have a contract with us or twitch or UA-cam, they upload when they upload. We all know they disappeared first cuz of mental health problems and that’s about it. The problem with this world is that people feel entitled empowered of others cuz of social media. Again, he’s a content maker, and if he is not in a good state of mind to make more content you guys should just support or move on.

Daequan used to stream 7 to 8 hours daily for 3 years plus daily youtube videos. and the only game he liked was fortnite after fortnite did a lot of bad changes he probably lost love for the game.
Tbh it’s simple, they don’t love content creation. It’s brutal industry, and if you don’t love it, you’ll burn out.
why not just tell us (fans) that your done tho? like if they just came outright and said, “i’m not doing this anymore, im retiring” nobody would have a problem. I have had enough of them I have been a long subscriber from the time daequan was getting popular on fortnite and ever since then I never had problems with them leaving now and again. They were so entertaining to watch i loved them both deep down and it helped me cope in certain situations. It's fine to leave for your health etc. But now this just doesn't make any sense and it just feels like a hustle to make money. They come back after like a year, give a sob story, get their bag and leave for another year.

I mean it's pretty simple. Can't say I blame them but they come back and stream for about a month with the hype. Get a bunch of subs and don't forget that these subs are reoccurring unless you cancel them. So you can see where this is going. They don't tell their community there taking a break cause of the subs and they honestly don't care. I've never been a sub to either of them but it's obvious there just using their community. I wouldn't be surprised if they came out with a rug pull nft someday when their really done with the streaming world. Also wouldn't be surprised if info starts coming out of the cracks of nrg about what happened. Time will tell. Maybe I'm wrong.

To be fair they aren't really obligated to cater to their community regardless of any situation. At 1:16 you said, "he grinded for a month and bought a house....how can you do that to your community?" He doesn't have to please anyone, you the viewers are choosing to watch him in the first place. If you feel like these two owe you an explanation or you feel betrayed then it is you who is selfish to be honest.

i can see where people are coming from. imagine being one of those who subbed to dae or hamlinz for years giving them hundreds of dollars through donations etc. you would most definitely be upset if you sub to a streamer that promises to stream often but eventually disappear for months. they have it good though, because when or if they return again their loyal fans will be back to support. it’s crazy because most of us can’t just stop going to work for months without saying a word and expect to still have a job.

The both have personal stuff going on the fact that people are actually mad about that and say that abandon their communities when in reality you guys have no idea what’s going on, actually Daequan left a few years ago when he was having underlining health issues and Hamlin‘s is having mental health issues, why are we making it seem like since they are communicating with their community that they are bag chasers, because in reality a Bagchaser would still be streaming every single day so that doesn’t really seem like there after the bag if they’re not doing anything community wise right now.
