maybe because the game isn’t relevant and it’s not 2017-2019 now. Fortnite is a horrible game and it’s barely recognisable from when it was good. It’s a sell out to little kids who like to buy their favourite animated character as a skin. It’s not the algorithm, people don’t give a shit about fortnite
